WebAug 15, 2024 · Purchased LG refrigerator in 2016. Stopped making ice and then stopped cooling in both refrigerator and freezer section. Called LG for service will come in three days lost alot of food and have wood flooring after reading all the other complaints may just have to replace. Want a class action. Shame on LG. Try unplugging the unit or trip the circuit breaker for 30 seconds to RESET THE REFRIGERATOR.You should hear the compressor kick back on and the unit will stabilize and start cooling within 24 hours.
