WebJul 4, 2007 · Several IP phones in my place has a strange problem. Normally, when there is an incoming call, what we have to do is just pick up the handle and talk, but sometimes users have to press the "Answer" softkey to answer the call. And after a reset, the problem disappears. Any good explanation on this ?
