WebMar 22, 2024 · Had/Have the same issue. Also with the Asgard 3. Titan video card. I tried pretty much all the “ground loop” fixes, and am almost certain it is not that. Tried multiple DAC’s, including optical on a separate circuit (and same) DAC. No joy. Many days/months/dollars spent on trying to fix the issue. (I hear no difference between the E30 and the non-multibit DAC module for the Asgard but it's nice to have a remote and also be able to plug in some EQ between DAC and amp). Last edited: Mar 3, 2024. The setup is so clean I can EQ the bass up 3-5 DB (or more if you wanted) and have no introduction of any distortion. It is clean! I have a different sound with my Bifrost 2 and Lyr 3, but that's what I was going for with the two setups. But the A30 is clean.
