WebJan 23, 2024 · Many spells and abilities in 5e can remove poisoning. An incomplete list includes the Paladin's Lay on Hands, Heroes' Feast, Lesser Restoration, and Protection from Poison. Since you allow extrapolation from previous editions, any of these spells and abilities should reasonably be able to cure drunkness (but apparently not hangeovers!) WebAs for out of combat healing druids also have the best with Healing Spirit. If combat is over the party could spend a minute to heal 10d6 for a second level or 20d6 at a third level slot. Of course a dedicated devoted healing character in 5e is garbage. A support character would be preventing damage in combat and healing out of it.
