Bryan’s winemaking style is equal parts science and artistic flair. WebHe also sources fruit for Ravensworth’s other labels including the Regional. In ’20, a winery and cellar were completed, the latter made with straw bales and filled with large-format oak, Italian amphorae, ceramic eggs and concrete vessels: all expressing Bryan’s desire to experiment and craft minimum-intervention wines with texture.
